Animal Haus'
Horse and Pony Rescue ... Animal Haus' horses and ponies is a private rescue, fully funded by my own personal bank account. We have never, nor will never, accept donations. I feel that these animals that were entrusted to me, are my responsibility. Although some of these horses are able to be placed in foster homes, most stay with me until the end of their days. These horses live freely on our farm, never to endure work, malnutrition, or hunger ever again. All horses were bought at current market value or higher to get them out of the situations they were living in. These animals are not necessarily up for adoption, but some on rare occasions, may be eligible to be placed. Unless otherwise noted, no animals on this site are available at this time. ... However, with the current poor economy as well as the increasing cost of feed, veterinarian care, and strain on my personal finances, any purchases through our gift shop would be appreciated, of which, 100% of the profits go back to the horses. All of the photographs available in our gifts are of subjects in the Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia area. Also, all photographs were taken by my twin daughters, who share in my passion for nature and animals. |
